Return & Exchange Policy

At Fuaark, we want you to love everything you purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at returns@fuaark.com with your order ID and reason.
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a return label.
3. Ship the item back using the provided label.

Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer.
